Pauline Collins visits The Point Restaurant at Soldiers Point Marina

Paul and Julie Simpson owners of The Point Restaurant were astonished and delighted (to say the least) when British actress Pauline Collins and her husband actor John Alderton popped in to have a meal with them on two occasions whilst in Port Stephens recently.

The couple are in Australia to promote Pauline's latest film 'Quartet' directed by Dustin Hoffman and also starring Maggie Smith and Billy Connelly.

'It was a thrill to look after them, they are such a lovely couple,' said Julie.
