Xiamen Wuyuan Bay WhatsonXiamen
Following the establishment of Wuyuan Bay Land Yacht Bonded Warehouse, Xiamen is now making plans to build China’s first in-water yacht bonded warehouse at Wuyuan Bay. According to the Xiamen Road & Bridge Yachts Development Co, the Wuyuan Bay Water Yacht Bonded Warehouse is slated to start construction in December 2012, and should be operational some time during the first half of 2013.

Xiamen’s Wuyuan Bay Land Yacht Bonded Warehouse, the first one of its kind in China, was set up in April 2010 and covers a total area of 3,000 sqm. Benefiting from the bonded warehouses, Xiamen’s Wuyuan Bay is now on its way to becoming a major distribution centre for imported yachts and sailboats in Fujian, and indeed China.

The current project for the expansion of new berths at the Wuyuan Bay Dock is progressing smoothly.

As the centre of the yachting industry in the city, Xiamen’s Wuyuan Bay Yacht Dock is now seeking to become a yacht port which will integrate the functions of tourism, leisure, training, exhibiting, sales, parking and maintenance.
