by Brent Vaughan on 28 Nov 2012
New Seawind Catamaran Multihull Central
Multihull Central will be showcasing an array of high-quality used sail and power catamarans from some of the world’s finest brands such as Venturer, Crowther, Pajot, Fountaine, and Seawind on Saturday in Rozelle Bay, Sydney Harbour.

As Seawind’s exclusive Australian distributor, Multihull Central will be exhibiting the new 31ft Seawind 950, the popular Seawind 1000XL2, plus recently launched 38ft Seawind 1160 and 41ft Seawind 1250 Platinum XPac.

Both the Seawind 1000XL2 and the Seawind 1160 have been imported from Seawind’s new facility in Vietnam and are shining examples of the quality that can be expected in the future, featuring lighter construction techniques such as vacuum bagging.

The Seawind 1250 features the new Platinum XPac, boasting a huge list of standard inclusions. This boat has recently been launched and will be available for luxury charters on Sydney Harbour.

The used boats on display include a Fountaine Pajot Belize 43 that has recently returned from cruising the Pacific, a Venturer 3650 power catamaran ideal for economical cruising, a 2005 Seawind 1000 built to survey, plus a 40ft Crowther Spindrift high performance sailing catamaran.

The Mini Multihull Boat Show will run from 10am until 4pm on Saturday first of December, with a FREE BBQ lunch for all attending.
