EOI’’s sought for service premises at Royal Brighton Yacht Club Eric Wegman
Expressions of interest sought for Shipwright / Yacht Broker / Engineering Service Premises through subleases with Royal Brighton Yacht Club, 253 Esplanade Middle Brighton, Victoria.

An exciting opportunity is being created at Royal Brighton Yacht Club for three subleases.

The Club is seeking professional and reputable operators to operate the provision of shipwright, yacht broker, light engineering services or ancillary services from the premises on its Club grounds, with rights to service members with boats in its marina and on its hardstand, as well as non-members with a demand for those services.

The Club has reviewed its medium term strategy, with on and off shore master plans that will be pursued over the next five years, and has aligned its subleases accordingly to a five year period.

Whilst our long-term incumbent tenants are encouraged to apply, with their records of service and loyalty taken into account, the Club encourages further parties to register their interest.

These are business opportunities in an extraordinary location, with a ready client base among its members. The Club seeks operators who will work in partnership with the Club in enhancing facilities and providing members and the general public a superb facility offering a high standard of quality, service, and wherever applicable safety.

Interested parties should contact Eric Wegman, General Manager to obtain an EOI document, including a draft sublease. The EOI process closes 3.00 PM Friday 8 September 2012. Contact gm(at)rbyc.org.au or telephone 03 9592 3092 with your details (to include company or individual name, address, telephone contacts and e-mail details) to which to send the EOI package. Please also specify which of the three opportunities you would be interested in.
