Dr. Shrink the best choice for shrink wrapping on deadline

by Dr. Shrink on 21 Aug 2012
Dr. Shrink - fast, efficient and protective. Leigh Francis
National Shrink Wrap was contracted to spend 10-12 hours a day, six days a week for six weeks wrapping equipment. The company knew it could depend on premium shrink wrap supplier Dr. Shrink to provide the materials and assistance needed to complete the job.

This project consisted of National Shrink Wrap covering sections of a press utilized by Chrysler Corp. in one of Chrysler's stamping plants in Ohio, USA. There were five, two-story presses with each piece removed being sent to either China or Mexico.

'Our customers were counting on us to wrap every object on a very tight timeframe for rail, specialized hauling or ship transport,' said John Keating, National Shrink Wrap owner/operator. 'If it wasn't for Dr. Shrink and their team of excellent personnel we could have never taken this project on, much less maintained production at the pace of the customer.

'We were literally calling in every day for six weeks placing orders as units were taken apart. Dr. Shrink was behind us from the beginning and had every tool, roll of tape, film, absolutely anything we needed shipped out and sent to us the next day or the day after,' continued Keating.

'Their team of shrink wrap experts have kept us in business when others have failed. I spent a combined 15 years in a management customer service role before entering into this business and I only wish half of all service organizations presented themselves as good as the team at Dr. Shrink.'

National Shrink Wrap eventually wrapped every unit, all 244,000 pieces, on time and with a day or two to spare.

'I will use Dr. Shrink regardless of any other offers from other suppliers, and no matter what situation,' said Keating. 'I only hope to repay the favors and opportunities they have provided me someday.'

National Shrink Wrap, LLC is a fully mobile heat shrink wrap service company based in Canton, Ohio, USA. The company is available to cover valuable assets in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, some parts of Michigan, and for some specific opportunities coast to coast.

Dr. Shrink is a full-service, full-circle supplier of premium shrink wrap and installation accessories. It is well-known for quality products, prompt service and experienced installation advice.
