In inshore news, the third regatta in the new 52 Super Series kicks off next week (July 10-14) in Palma, Mallorca. Racing will take place amongst boats that were built to the TP52 box rule and will be contested amongst eight teams. Interestingly, some 'new' faces are arriving on the block, namely TP52s that have been optimized for the new race series. More inside.

The boat was built for an Italian owner—a recent transplant from the Melges 20 class—in Finland at Baltic Yachts, and was recently launched in Valencia, Spain, just prior to her maiden regatta.
