GHOST II at SIBS, Integrity sales success, Marinas Value Pilot Study

Hope you are planning some great spring boating. This is the time to plan, prepare, ready your boat, or look for a new one! Brokers are reporting there has never been a better time to buy a near-new boat, or new boat for that matter with the high Aussie dollar.

We have loads of news and features for readers this week. Please let us know if you have stories about products, innovations, new staff or views on industry issues.

For over a decade, the Sail-World team has been the official event media for many events around the Asia Pacific and now our North American team are using our media systems and methods to report for some of the biggest events on the sailing calendar as the official media.

Our Sail-World/TetraMedia media team is gearing up for the iconic Chicago Yacht Club's 103rd Race to Mackinac, presented by Veuve Clicquot, in just over two weeks time, with a strong TetraMedia North American team shooting video, reporting and photographing as you'd expect in a 24/7 coverage of the events, sponsors and all the ins and outs of this massive race.

It's the biggest single marine sports event in North America and sure to be sensational!

Back in Oz, we are preparing for wall to wall coverage of the Sydney International Boat Show, both in the lead up and during and post, with stories, vision and commentary from the experts.

This week, we present the standout sensation of the Sydney boat show - GHOST II, the 120ft Warren Yacht that will soon ply charters around Sydney Harbour and up and down the east coast, or wherever her lucky clients have the urge to travel. A jewel in the crown like this boat will bring unprecedented media attention, and in turn public attention to the event, inspiring all kinds of people to get down to Cockle Bay and Darling Harbour for this year's show. This exclusive preview will be updated as images come to hand - that's how new it is!

Keep in touch, keep emailing and have a great week!
