As the skies darken over Hong Kong, Sail-World Asia shifts off today to Phuket for the Six Senses Phuket Raceweek - the 'Green Season' regatta, timed to take advantage of the (usually) more windy conditions of the summer "off" season in Thailand's no 1 sailing spot. There's a 39-boat entry list waiting for starters' orders tomorrow, and we'll be there to bring you the stories and the pictures.

SEA Property Multihull Challenge 2010 AsianYachting.com, Overnight the strong conditions over the last couple of days moderated down to a mere 5 knots for the last day's racing at the SEA Property Multihull Challenge in Phuket Thailand. CrossFit - get fit for sailing without leaving the beach! Sail-World, It used to be that the way to get fit for sailing involved going for a run, doing a few press-ups and if you got really serious then maybe a light, weights program. A group of four golfers from the Institute of Golf (iGolf) are using a different form of training - CrossFit - to train for a marathon style relay they will undertake from North Shore City to Wellington, New Zealand from 16-21 August....
