Aquila, the global leader in the power catamaran market, announces plans for a 21-meter (70-foot) luxury yacht built for exploring the world.

Aquila has a legacy of quality, innovation, and performance. The new Aquila 70 global cruising yacht is a stunning example of this again. No surprise, the yacht features multiple elements of technology, design, versatility, and utility - from the spacious and flexible salon layouts to the entertaining space thoughtfully appointed on the Skydeck. All the living spaces are inviting, bright, and welcoming.

Dave Bigge, Vice President Aquila International, provides more detail. "Engineered for comfort and range, the Aquila 70's raised bridge-deck between hulls allows for greater comfort under way and improved speed. The award-winning design team impresses us yet again with the working deck, technical areas, and operational features of the vessel. Power and maneuverability will come from large inboard Volvo Diesels coupled with joystick docking. Strategic use of carbon fiber will add to strength while maintaining weight targets."

Aquila's International Distribution Manager, Yvan Eymieu, comments, "the Aquila 70 will set a new standard for quality, innovation, and performance in the power catamaran and luxury yacht segment. This vessel is unlike anything you've stepped aboard before. Soft-touch fabrics, rich wood finishes, panoramic windows, increased headroom, and versatile interior layouts offer everything a yacht owner is looking for."

Aquila invites you to experience their exciting and growing family of boats at the Cannes Yachting Festival 10 - 15 September 2019 at Vieux Port & Port Canto in Cannes, 06400 France. Plans for the debut place the yacht on Southern Florida, USA Shores mid-2020.
