Groupama 4 on their third day in the Volvo Ocean Race 2011-2012 qualifier race Yann Riou
Groupama 4 is currently attempting to qualify for the Volvo Ocean Race 2011-12.
On the 16th June, Groupama 4 was nearing Cape Finisterre. In spite of the significantly turbulent conditions, Yann Riou, the media expert of Groupama 4, sent a message from onboard.
'We're now approaching Cape Finisterre and all' is well aboard. The boat and equipment aren't yet optimised for handling memory card transfers in all weathers.
We're tacking... and the crew are busily stacking ballast all over the boat. I'm going to have to stash the Mac away! I'll leave you now but see you
