Sail-World NZ was on the water for Day 5 of the 2014 Toyota Optimist Nationals - here's a selection of images from the action in the Gold Fleet.

A fleet of 270 boats competed in the regatta which drew crews from New Zealand, Australia, New Caledonia, USA and Britain.
