Skandia Sail for Gold Regatta, being held from 4th to 9th June 2012, is the penultimate event of the 2012 ISAF Sailing World Cup. If you are thinking of competing at this year’s regatta then get your entry in before 30th April to benefit from the early entry discount.

The multi Olympic class event will be the last regatta to be held at the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy ahead of this summer’s Olympic Games.

The ‘early entry discount’ closes on Monday 30th April, which is also the deadline for all Women’s Match Racing team entries this year. Final entry date is Monday 21st May.

Entries are open to all 10 Olympic classes and three Paralympic.

'We would urge anyone wanting to participate in this year’s Skandia Sail for Gold to take advantage of the early entry discount. Preparations are well underway and are looking forward to another World Class event this year.' Tim Hall, RYA Competitions Manager.

Sail for Gold will once again reach a global audience through real-time race tracking, live commentary and the interactive event blog.
