Roads and Maritime Services advise Swan Hill Bridge open to traffic
|
Swan Hill Bridge is now open to traffic after a mechanical fault with the liftspan yesterday advises Roads and Maritime Services (RMS). Work to repair the fault is expected to take about four weeks to complete. During this time the bridge will be unable to be lifted for boating traffic. Motorists are advised short delays of up to 20 minutes may be experienced during work. Traffic controllers are in place and motorists are encouraged to drive with caution and obey all temporary traffic controls and signs. RMS thanks the community for their patience while the important work is carried out. For more information on traffic conditions, contact the Transport Management Centre on 132 701 or visit live traffic website. Maritime NSW website
