North South Yachting – Open Day, Saturday November 14th.

Sydney's North South Yachting is holding an Open Day at Quays Marina on Saturday November 14. Showcasing a range of new Bavaria Yachts, quality brokerage listings and syndicate shares, this is an opportunity to view a large selection of boats, encompassing a wide variety of ownership options, in a friendly and informative environment.

New Bavaria Yachts.

North South Yachting is the national importer of Bavaria Yachts. The Bavaria 34, 35, 38, 40 and 43 Cruisers will be on display along with information on the exciting new models coming next year: the Farr Yacht Design and BMW DesignworksUSA designed Cruiser 32, 45 and 55.

Bavaria Yachts are offering a Holiday Limited Edition special on the 40, 43 and 47 Cruiser’s. This amounts to discounts of between $15,000 and $30,000 plus over $4000 worth of additional electronics. These offers are available for a short time only, so with a strong Aussie dollar and an Australian economy leading the world forwards, it’s a fantastic time to grab the last deals around.

Brokerage Yachts.

North South Yachting is one of the most successful brokerage providers in NSW. With over $1.5m in brokerage sales over the last few weeks, this is clearly a hot market. A selection of quality listings will be on display at the open day giving a flavour of what’s available. For any accepted offers on the day, NSY will offer to cover the cost of haul-out for the subsequent purchase survey (conditions apply).

The open day is an excellent opportunity to have your boat on display to a qualified and captive audience. If you were considering listing, now is the time. Contact NSY to discuss the opportunity and learn about the key benefits you receive from an exclusive listing with North South Yachting.

Yacht Share.

North South Yachting, in association with Boat Syndicates International (BSI), is delighted to offer a comprehensive yacht syndication programme. With shares currently available in a Bavaria 38 Cruiser (to be located at Spit Bridge) and a Bavaria 43 Cruiser (located at Quays Marina, Pittwater) it is a golden opportunity to inspect the yachts and learn about syndicated ownership. With the flexible ownership programmes provided by BSI and NSY, shares range from one twelfth up to one half share. Twelfth shares on the Bavaria 38 start from $29,990 and fifth shares on the Bavaria 43 start from $76,000.

Beyond Yacht Sales.

In addition to yacht sales, North South Yachting is pleased to offer insurance and finance quotes through two fantastic industry partnerships with Club Marine and Finlease.

Club Marine Insurance, Australia’s largest marine insurer, is offering a 5% discount on any quotes taken during the NSY open day. Talk to the NSY staff for more information or to submit an application.

Finlease finance specialists will be available by phone to discuss individual requirements and all Finlease customers automatically receive three months free SeaTow membership. Pre-approvals can be given quickly the following week with competitive rates. Talk to the NSY staff for further information.

To register your interest for the open day, please contact Melanie Major in the North South yachting office: 02 9998 9600 | melanie(at)northsouthyachting.com.au
