Mid-winters kick off 2015 Manuel Fagundes Seaweed Soup Regatta

by Erik Simonson on 9 Nov 2015
2015 Manuel Fagundes Seaweed Soup Regatta pressure-drop.us
The mid-winters are here! A spectacular, crystal clear day with brisk northerlies that faded to westerlies as the day progressed! 74 boats in eight divisions including a new J88 class!

A quick reach to Blackaller right turn to Harding Rock followed by a spin run to Fort Mason against a three knot ebb, and for the big boats, another crossing back to Harding then home and to the clubhouse for some Seaweed Soup. The only thing that would have made it more special would have been some fresh Dungeness crab to go with that soup!
