Laser 2 Worlds at Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy

The Laser 2 World Championships are currently underway at the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy.

The second day of the Laser 2 Worlds ushered in some challenging conditions with over 20 knots of wind and occasional heavy showers creating some tactical racing in Portland Harbour. Three races were completed.

After six races Nigel Skudder and Keith Hills (GBR) currently lead the 37 boat fleet. Lisa Buddemeier and Matthias Duwel are second, with Marian Scheer and Daniel Scheer in third.
