Carlo Borlenghi wins China Worldwide Sailing Photographic Competition

The 2012 International Excellent Sailing Photograph Exhibition was held in the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Museum. Sailing photographic works of master photographers throughout the world made their debut in Qingdao, bringing a stunning visual feast for photography enthusiasts. As an important cultural event of the fourth Qingdao International Sailing Week, Qingdao had been releasing the sailing photography collection notices worldwide since the beginning of the year.
1060 photographic works from sixteen countries and regions participated in the activity, such as works from the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the United States, New Zealand, Thailand , Oman, Japan, South Korea, Russia and etc... After selection, 'China Cup International Regatta 2011' from the Italian photographer Carlo Borlenghi won the first prize. The second prize and third prize were won by photographers from New Zealand, the United States, France, Argentina, Oman, the United Kingdom, China and so on.
According to reports, the outstanding works from the photograph exhibition will be on permanent display as collections in Qingdao Olympic Sailing Museum.
