Aussie polarised sunglasses brand, BarzOptics have finalised a deal for distribution in Canada.

According to founder, Kevin Barr, the company has 'just signed Sea-Clear Vision of Toronto to represent our company in Canada and some parts of the north-east USA.'

'This is our first official distributor in Canada,' says Barr. 'We advertise heavily in the US sailing magazines, so we have good brand recognition and demand in Canada. It's looking like a very promising market because of sailing on the Great Lakes and north-west of Canada. We have been sponsoring an extreme sport athlete for about 10 years, Eric Machard who gets a lot of media exposure.'

Sea-Clear will release Barz Optics products onto the Canadian market by exhibiting on stand G759 at the 10 day Toronto International Boat Show, 11th to 20th of January.

Sea-Clear will feature Barz polarized floating, bi focal and photochromic styles at the show, as well as exhibiting at the Chicago Sail Show 24th to 27th of January.

The Toronto International Boat Show features the largest inland lake in the world for wakeboarding and other watersport demonstrations and attracts around 72,580 visitors and 1,000 exhibitors.
