The deadline for submitting an Application For Entry for the 2010 Newport Bermuda Race is 1700 hrs on April 1, 2010.
More than 160 boats have already entered, including Sinn Fein, two-time St. David's Lighthouse Trophy winner going after Finisterre's record of three straight wins, and the first two boats on elapsed time in 2008, Speedboat and Puma, resuming their duel. Safety At Sea - Make-Up Seminar June 16
The Cruising Club of America has announced that it will host a US Sailing Sanctioned Safety at Sea Seminar in Newport, RI on Wednesday, June 16, 2010. This seminar is being held for those Newport Bermuda Race participants who still need to fulfill the Safety At Sea requirement. The 2010 Notice Of Race requires that 30% of each crew (or both crew members in the Double Handed Division) must have attended one of these seminars within five years of the start.

Reserve Your Berth In Bermuda
If you are registered for the race, you should be thinking about reserving your berth in Bermuda. Space is available at both the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club and the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club.
