The 18ft Skiff NSW Championship2013 resumed racing on Sunday as Gotta Luv it 7 won heat five in a convincing display of crew work and shear boat speed over the number one NE course, which saw many opportunities for disaster as the 18ft fleet had to share the race course with many craft racing in the Middle Harbour Regatta.

With Seve Jarvin unavailable to steer his skiff, Ewan McNichol was the sub in skipper, and combined very nicely with 7's regulars, Scott Babbage, and Peter Harris and once Ewan found his balance with the conditions the Gotta Luv it 7 machine was never headed, finishing in front of Smeg crew of Nick Press, Dan Phillips and Dave Ewings.

Third yesterday was Pure Blonde, Tom Clout, Rob Bell, and Matt Wark, who lead at the Beashel Buoy the first time and continued to position the Blonde in all the right spots on a crowded harbour to round out the Podium in third place.

Pick the Podium.... Congratulations go to James Williams who was the stand alone winner with a correct three entry. James wins the cool Barzoptics Floater sunnies but just missed out on the Appliances Online Bar Fridge as he picked Smeg in third place instead of Pure Blonde in third. James also takes the Bragging Rights for this week.

Can you Pick the Podium? It's fun and free to enter simply log on to 18 footers TV to register and get your picks in especially as we have only two more races left to be a winner this season.
