On Saturday night the Heaven Can Wait 24 hour race fleet sailed in 5-10 knot breezes on Lake Macquarie, under an almost full moon. Soon after dawn the breeze freshened and by mid morning was gusting to 25 knots.
Sydney photographer Greg Dickins was up early to photograph the race fleet near Rafferty's Resort. If you are looking for images of the fleet or individual boats Greg can be contacted on greg(at)photosydney.com.au
