Solo Spring Championship + Video

Saturday 29th March 2012 saw the National Solo fleet visit Oxford for its regular 'Spring Championship' hosted by Oxford Sailing Club.

Some 53 visitors plus three home boats took part for the one day three race event with Charlie Cumbley of Southampton making the best of some light and testing conditions resulting in close results. As ever quality shone through and the usual suspects were near the top.

The three Oxford boats had an enjoyable but chequered day scoring the only two capsizes of the day, plus a hole in the only ladies boat. Sorry!
