As part of Mercury Marine’s drive for excellence in every aspect of its business, a range of employees from across the ANZP region (Australia, New Zealand, Pacific) have been selected for additional training to further improve their management skills.

The rigorous program focuses on imparting key management and business skills in Finance, HR, Project Management, Marketing and Communication, as well as handling and supporting teams.

The first Mercury employees have now completed the training, earning a Diploma in Business Management which is recognised across Australia.

Those employees are: Anthony Brown- Marketing Services Manager; Jenny McLean- Business Governance Manager; Noula Evagelelis- Regional Manager- WA; and Simon Khong- LSS Blackbelt.

'If we’re doing everything really well behind the scenes, it means we can deliver the best products, the best service and the best prices to our customers and our dealer network – that’s what is at the heart of our training programs,' said John Temple, Mercury’s General Manager (ANZP).

'To remain the best in the business, we’re very aware that we need highly skilled people across the organisation.

'So I really do congratulate our new graduates on their achievement. They’ve sacrificed a lot of time and put in a lot of hard work for this success.'
