Yesterday, the 2013 Laser North Americans wrapped up in 10-15 knots of breeze with newly crowned champs.

Canadians swept the podium in the Laser class led by Lee Parkhill, David Wright and Robert Davis in third. Brenda Bowskill was leading the Radial fleet until the final day when she was beat out by American Erika Reineke by a mere one point.

Bowskill reflects 'this just reminds you that every point counts. It's bittersweet'.

Olympian Bernard Luttmer dusted off his boat and put his skills to the test, demonstrating he's still got game, placing eighth overall with consistent top 10 results throughout the regatta.
