Sydney´s Balmain Thames Street Wharf upgraded to improve safety


Sydney´s Balmain Thames Street Wharf has been upgraded to improve safety for passengers and access to ferry customers using mobility aids.

The Woolwich Balmain ferry service will operate its regular services from the upgraded wharf from Wednesday 27 February 2013, with the first service departing Balmain Thames Street Wharf at 6.02am.

The last service operating from the temporary wharf at Yeend Street will be the 8.27pm ferry on Tuesday 26 February 2013.

Services will continue to follow the scheduled timetable which is available on the Transport Info website Woolwich Balmain
