CYA Youth National Sailing Championships day 2
by Canadian Yachting Association on 31 Aug 2012

SW
Shifty and puffy conditions made for interesting sailing on Lake Winnipeg on the second day of racing at the Craig & Ross CYA Youth National Sailing Championships.
Winds were higher today starting with winds between 12 and 14 knots and ending with winds in the 20 knot range.
Racing is especially tight in the 420 fleet with only eight points between first and fourth place. Currently Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron sailors Jake Megaffin and John Alexander Sapp and Allie Surrette and Ali ten Hove are both on 11 points each.
There are two more days of racing are ahead.
