Hobie racing in Jersey Channel Islands David Brookes / International Hobie Class Association
Jersey is next venue for the Brewin Dolphin British Hobie Cat National Championships. To be hosted by the Royal Channel Islands Yacht Club, the event is being staged at this venue for the first time from 24th to 26th August 2012.
Three days of Open Championship racing will be provided in the beautiful location of St. Aubins Bay where crews from the UK, Europe as well as a strong representation from the Jersey and Guernsey (Channel Islands) Hobie Fleets will race for trophies in the Hobie F18 class, Hobie 16’s and Junior Hobie Dragoons.
2012 is the Royal Channel Islands Yacht Clubs 150th Anniversary year, a fitting occasion for the Club to host such a prestigious sailing event.
