Beneteau and Lagoon Cup – Excellent day lined up

by VicSail on 19 Oct 2010
QLD Beneteau Cup Jane Virtue
Beneteau and Lagoon Cup, Vicsail's annual regatta is scheduled for Friday the 19th of November.

To be held at the CYCA Sydney, we have a great day lined up with plenty of entertainment on and off the water and no doubt a challenging day on the water, doing battle with owner's alike.

Whether you are only wanting to cruise or you wish to put your team-work to the test against some of the IRC leaders in the sailing community, the Beneteau Cup and Lagoon Cup is designed for you.

Ian and Andrea Treleavan recently returned from another stint away on their Oceanis 50 in the Caribbean and Mediteranean (as if they haven't seen enough!) and we are pleased to have them as joint Commodores of the Beneteau and Lagoon Cup with Andrea signing copies of her new release book 'Letters from the Caribbean' and a re-release of 'Letters from the Med'.

The day will kick off with a champagne breakfast and race briefing before hitting the water for sailing action. After racing concludes everyone will head back to the CYCA for live music, entertainment and BBQ.

To register your boat contact Lucy on 02 9237 2088, or via email at: lucy(at)vicsail.com for the application and notice of race or go to www.beneteau.com.au from Monday the 18th October.
