Grand Prix of Shenzhen 'on' as Megi heads east!

Grand Prix of Shenzhen - The news is all good from the South China Sea here in Shenzhen as the mega typhoon Megi has turned and is now 450 kilometers (279 miles) East of Hong Kong and poses no problem for the fifth Round of the UIM F1 H2O World Championship and the 16th Grand Prix of China.
The race paddock will be opened on Saturday morning at 07:00 local time (23:00 GMT Friday) and an intense rebuilding of all race team, VIP and Press area's will be at full speed. The individual race teams with prepare their boats for going thru scrutineering.
The two day race schedule will be placed into a one day Sunday program including practice, qualifying and the race event. The 16th Grand Prix of China in Shenzhen is scheduled to begin at it's regular time of 16:00 local (08:00 GMT) tomorrow the 24th of October. More scheduled updates will be published on the official UIM F1 H2O website www.f1h2o.com as the final schedule is published.
