"One of the biggest differences I noticed straight away was the level of expectation on us. We were treated like youth sailors and expected to be much more independent, especially with our boat preparation and learning. On the first day, I was extremely nervous. Looking around the dinghy park, I saw adults, Olympians, and sailors I’d always looked up to." |
