Fairview Sailing has teamed up with the Island Sailing Club to become an official partner of the Round the Island Race.

The leading yacht charter company is one of the most trusted names in sailing, with impressive fleets at bases in Hamble, Hampshire, and Phuket, Thailand.

As part of the partnership, Fairview Sailing will offer race participants the chance to win a seven-day charter experience from either of its locations.

Dave Atkinson, Round the Island Race Director, said: "We are thrilled to partner with Fairview Sailing, whose expertise and enthusiasm for sailing align perfectly with the spirit of the race.

"This collaboration opens up exciting opportunities for participants and introduces an international element to the event."

Held annually around the Isle of Wight, the Round the Island Race attracts thousands of sailors from across the globe.

Renowned for its unique blend of competitive racing and inclusive participation, the event remains a highlight of the British sporting and social calendar.

Fairview Sailing is also offering anyone keen to race but without access to a boat to book a charter.

Andy Byham, Fairview Sailing Director, said:

"We're proud to partner with the Round the Island Race, an iconic event and a real bucket-list experience for many sailors.

"It's great to be able to offer a prize that gives people the chance to get out on the water in a completely different setting, whether that's here in the UK or at our Phuket base.

"Having expanded into Thailand, it's an area we're really excited about, and this is a great way to give more people the opportunity to experience sailing there, alongside everything we continue to offer in the Solent."
