Sanlorenzo Yachts UK is pleased to announce it has listed the 27.31-metre Cantiere delle Marche motor yacht Silver Fin for sale.

Launched in 2014, Silver Fin was conceived to merge the range, reliability, and robust engineering of an explorer vessel with the modern styling and comfort of a luxury motor yacht.

In 2024, Silver Fin benefitted from a series of major technical upgrades, including the installation of stern thrusters, a more powerful bow thruster, and state-of-the-art navigational equipment, further enhancing her manoeuvrability, safety, and operational capability.

Design and construction

Constructed entirely in aluminium to a gross tonnage of 160GT, Silver Fin features exterior design by Nauta Yachts S.r.l, naval architecture by Hydro Tec, and interior styling by Luxury Projects.

The yacht's hull form delivers both efficiency and stability, while her design prioritises open, light-filled spaces and practical circulation between decks.

The unconventional layout sees the galley positioned aft and to port, adjacent to the cockpit for ease of service to exterior dining areas. The main saloon, located amidships, is divided into informal zones for socialising, dining and relaxation, complemented by extensive glazing and a refined, contemporary finish.

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided for up to nine guests in four staterooms, comprising a full-beam master suite amidships - accessed via a private staircase - a VIP suite, and two convertible guest cabins forward. The lower deck also incorporates a large gymnasium with adjoining shower and Hammam. Crew quarters aft accommodate three, including the captain, ensuring operational efficiency and discretion.

Exterior and deck spaces

The yacht's 60-square-metre flybridge is notably large for her size and includes a barbecue, wet bar, dining area, and second helm station. Additional sunbathing and relaxation areas are found on the main and foredecks, offering versatile spaces for guest use.

The extensive use of transparent glazing throughout the yacht maintains a continuous connection between interior and exterior environments.

Performance and capability

Powered by twin Caterpillar C18 Acert diesel engines, each rated at 885HP, Silver Fin achieves a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots, delivering a range of approximately 2700 nautical miles, making her well suited to long-range cruising. Her semi-displacement hull ensures both comfort and fuel efficiency across varying conditions.

"Silver Fin represents an outstanding opportunity in the 27-metre explorer category," says Nick Hatfield, Managing Director at Sanlorenzo Yachts UK.

"Her pedigree, aluminium construction, and thoughtful Nauta design make her a particularly appealing proposition for an owner seeking long-range capability without compromising on comfort or style."
