20 years on from his first Olympic Gold medal win at the Sydney Olympics, INEOS Team UK America's Cup skipper Ben Ainslie reflects on his contest at the 2000 Olympics with Brazilian great Robert Scheidt.

He compares the difference in those 20 years from sailing the Laser dinghy on Sydney Harbour to hammering around at 40kts on a foiling F-50 - winning the just concluded SailGP event.
