RS Tera North Travellers Series 2019 - Preview

This year we have seven events for the RS Tera North Travellers Series. Sailors can compete in as few or many of these events as they choose.

In order to qualify for the RS Tera North Travellers Series prise giving you will need to compete in a minimum of four of the seven events in the series, with 2 discards.

You don't need to do the series in order to enter a individual event as sailors can do as few or as many as the weekends they choose.

Dates for the 2019 RS Tera North Travellers Open series:

  • 11th/12th May 2019 - Leigh and Lowton SC - RS Feva's are invited to join in the racing this weekend. They will be three separate starts for the three fleets.
  • 1st/2nd June 2019 - Derwent Reservoir SC.
  • 22nd/23rd June 2019 - South Shields SC. They is also a Laser open this weekend. This is also the Northern RS Tera Coastal Championships.
  • 29th/30th June 2019 - Filey SC - Its the club's open dinghy regatta this weekend but we have our own start.
  • 20th/21st July 2019 - Isle of Man SC - It's the club's open dinghy regatta this weekend but we have our own start.
  • 7th/8th September 2019 - Sunderland YC. It's the club's open dinghy regatta this weekend but we have our own start.
  • 21st September 2019 - South Windermere Sailing club.

Parents or other family members are able to sail there own boats at the dinghy regattas at Filey SC, Sunderland YC and Isle of Man SC.
