   So what do we think? The Nacra 17 to represent the cat sailing World on the biggest stage.
Personally, I wish Nacra the best of luck on behalf of the Tornado Class.

	Congratulations to NACRA on selection of their 17 to be the Olympic catamaran in 2016. I am really pleased it was chosen and hope it will help lead to a recovery of cat sailing in the UK.

	How many have been built? 2 or 3 How many will be built? ISAF had minimum requirements and arranged a fixed cost for £100 boats. How long will it take to build sufficient to supply the world? Not sure but they have to get them out quick. I hear that the RYA ordered 6 over the weekend. How many will take part? Guess this depends in MNAs budgets, the expense of a campaign and sponsorship.

	Looks like a good choice to me. I hope the Tornado can become a class where people now go for top rate non Olympic competition - like the 505 in the dinghy world.
