A Blooper isn't a Spinnaker. It's a 150% Genoa.

Really? I have seen plenty of people race with a spinnaker and a blooper before.

Needs to sail more...

Wouldn't be legal whilst racing -you're allowed no more than one spinnaker at a time per mast.

 

However, when there's piss all wind, home's downwind and you just want to cruise there quicker, might as well!
