Although I'm no fan of the push kicker, one advantage for singlehaders is that it permits a very low gooseneck and an angle that doesn't push too much forward load into the mast. That does go part of the way to compensating for the reduced force going where you don't want it.

Timing will depend upon when I'm needed on the lighting stand, but should be able to get there.
