The Restore an Old Sailboat Contest is back and you have about two months to share your mad skills! We can't wait to see your projects and the results of your hard work.

Hundreds of old sailboats are lying in wait, or are already undergoing loving restorations. It doesn't need to be a designer or showcase vessel. We're looking for sad, old boats that have found a new life through TLC.

How does it work? Send in your photos before June 30th to enter by clicking HERE!

The judges will award a winner from our fabulous collection of donated prizes on July 1st. New prizes are being added daily!

Any old sailboat will do: wood, 'plastic classics', the 'Greatest Hits' of the 60s, 70s, and 80s... any 'vintage' sailing boat or sailing tender that you're bringing back to life or have recently restored to its former glory totally counts!

*Bonus: do you have before and after pics? We love to see the progress pics:)

Here's a perfect example of a neglected sailing skiff returned to her glory. Marc Meyer of Rochester, Michigan, came upon this 1971 Pintail that had caked dirt and water rot from outdoor storage and lovingly restored her to her original state.

He sailed her for the first time at the 2021 CreekFleet Summer Solstice Regatta and took 2nd place! Check out details of the project.
