RORC Easter Challenge 2011 won by new MAT1010 Mills Design
RORC Easter Challenge held over three days, 22nd to 24th April 2011, concluded on Easter Sunday with a MAT 1010 winning IRC 3 in Cowes England.


The first Mills design MAT1010 triumphed in her first major regatta just ten days after first launching.

Louise Morton and her female team started last week with a win as a last minute entry in the final Spring Series race, and then took IRC 3 against some of the best competition on the Solent in the RORC’s six race no-discard traditional season opener.

Six of the new MAT1010 have been ordered off the plans from builder M.A.T. , who have combined an exceptional standard of construction and presentation with a very competitive price.
