Challenger wins First 40.7 UK Title

Fourteen boats took part in the First 40.7 National Championships, hosted by the Royal Southern YC in Hamble. Winner was Gareth Williams and the team on Challenger. Challenger and Love Shack, Tim Spalding and Gareth Lloyd-Jones, both finished with a nett score of 10 points but the Championship went to Gareth Williams on count back

McArthur go for Archipelago Raid

Ellen McArthur will compete in the 2008 Archipelago Raid in one month’s time - the most extreme orienteering sailing race in the world. Ellen will team up with Greg Homann from Australia sailing a Formula 18 catamaran.
