We hear that the next Ashes Test is going to be played in Montevideo, the Melbourne Gold Cup is going to take place in Senegal, and the Tour de France will soon be moving to Alaska, all venues steeped in the history of the respective sports. Meanwhile, a spot of camel racing will be taking place in Ras al Khaimah, UAE. Are we missing anything?
But be assured that the Phuket King's Cup will still be running in Phuket this December, and the last day of the regatta (05 December) is of course His Majesty the King of Thailand's birthday.
