Emirates Team New Zealand completed a five hour sailing and testing session, apparently without mishap today in winds that gusted over 35kts. Winds averaged 26kts at Bean Rock at the entrance to the Waitemata Harbour. The winds peaked at midday before easing. According to the latest position update run by Sail-World using the route projection and time to finish functions of PredictWind, the New Zealand/Spanish entry in the Volvo Ocean Race, Camper, as slid from being the leg leader to a projected third place.
