Day 2 America's Cup World Series, Naples: There was a time, back when Olympic classes regattas were week-long affairs with one race a day, that Wednesdays were always lay days. Some of the sailors in the ACWS final regatta might have wished it were still the case, but all nine boats were out all afternoon for practice racing, just as they had been the previous day. ...[more]

It was held in a building with bare walls and more echoes than enough – and the behavior of the 'media' not actually involved was appalling – they talked loudly and the photographers were among the worst.
