Cruising Association publishes informative 'Channel Crossing Paperwork Procedures' webinar

The Cruising Association hosted a webinar for members and non-members on Monday 17 October on 'Channel Crossing Paperwork Procedures', which is published for public viewing.

The webinar addressed the changes to paperwork and processes for arriving to and departing from France since the UK left the EU, shared practical experiences reported by members and varying implementation of the rules, highlighted protocol reviews and changes to date, presented an overview of new regulations for 2023 and discussed questions from webinar participants.

Looking ahead to the imminent introduction of the new European EES (Entry/Exit System for non-EU citizens) and ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System - visa waiver scheme for eligible third country nationals) which will come into effect in 2023, the Cruising Association will keep its members up to date on the protocols on arrival to and departure from France and elsewhere and share an overview publicly at www.theca.org.uk
