Denison Yachting helped its clients conclude two more important deals ahead of the Monaco Yacht Show 2022.

Dynamiq GTT 160

Denison Yachting is pleased to announce the sale of a new construction 50-meter Dynamiq GTT 160. The superyacht is a part of the Grand Turismo Transatlantic series. Pierre Badin of Denison Yachting represented the Buyer in the sale.

To be built from aluminum and carbon fiber, the GTT 160 will use Hull Vane technology, which will allow for a substantial reduction in engine size compared to steel yachts of the same size, resulting in a much more eco-friendly yacht. Her top speed will be over 16 knots with a range of 4,500+ nautical miles. Her six-stateroom layout will include a full-beam main deck master suite. She will also feature an impressive beach club with a pool, as well as a picturesque observation deck for breathtaking views of her surroundings.

Pierre Badin shared his experience on the process of finding the right yacht for his client: "It took me two years of intense research of the market and regular communication with my client before realizing that since the yacht of his dreams was not on the pre-owned market, we would be better off building it. It took another few months to study all the projects matching our requirements: the yacht would have to be 45 to 50 meters long with a very spacious master cabin, be very economical and capable of crossing the Atlantic by herself, and be built with very high-quality standards and to an unrestricted commercial classification. The amazingly modern and sexy design, along with the six-cabin layout and the large swimming pool on the aft deck were just a bonus."

"It was a great experience dealing with Dynamiq," Badin mentioned, "as they showed extreme flexibility in fulfilling all of the owner's wishes...some changes were required to match the client's family-centric lifestyle, but these were all incorporated fast and smoothly."

The contract for the build was sold to a Northern European buyer and was asking €21,900,000 at the time of the sale.

Numarine 26XP hull #23

In addition, Denison Yachting sold a new construction 26XP Numarine, Hull #23. Dean Stuhlmann represented the Buyer while Alex G. Clarke represented Numarine.

This highly optioned 26XP will feature an extended hard top with the Xtra Silent Package that will feature solar panels and a lithium battery package.

She will also be the first 26XP to feature an open galley layout that will appeal to the American market, a custom interior décor, and will be built to US spec with shore power converters.

This is the ninth Numarine sold by Alex G. Clarke since Denison partnered with the brand two years ago.

"We have been extremely successful in selling the larger Numarine 37XP model," Clarke mentioned, "so to have a 26XP arriving in North America next year will give us an excellent opportunity to showcase the brand's most popular model. This particular yacht is perfect for the American client with her open kitchen, solar package, and price that is lower than the competition, so we expect her to help boost sales of future 26XP models in the coming years. This is a long-term relationship between Denison and Numarine that I am excited to be a part of."

26XP Numarine Hull #23 is scheduled for a May 2023 delivery.
