With the show taking place between 28th September - 1st October, this year's event will have a renewed focus on sustainability, including the unveiling of a brand new Sustainability Hub, presented in collaboration with the Water Revolution Foundation, making it the perfect platform for OceanR's new sustainable yacht crew uniform range derived from recycled ocean waste.

Based in Cork, Ireland, OceanR was founded by water sports obsessive and keen environmentalist, Tom Cotter, at the age of 26 and has been creating a quiet revolution in sustainable fashion ever since, crafting high-end apparel for superyachts, luxury resorts and private clients all around the world.

"For every polo shirt ordered, we have removed fourteen plastic bottles from the ocean.'' Since 2016, we have already removed 269,980 bottles. Through taking action like this, we can help to keep our oceans protected together", comments Company Founder Cotter.

After being contacted by the crew of Nirvana, OceanR was tasked with creating a bespoke range of premium yacht crew uniforms which would be comfortable, stylish and lightweight and help the popular charter vessel's hard-working crew contribute positively to the health of the oceans.

The company rose to the challenge, with the range comprising casual organic cotton tops and shorts, hoodies, fleeces and soft-shell jackets, as well as recycled polyester rash vests and swimming shorts perfect for on-the-water activities.

Cotter comments: "We are so excited to showcase our range of sustainable yacht crew uniforms, created in collaboration with our partner Nirvana. We feel honoured that the sustainability partners in Monaco recognized our eco-credentials and have invited us to spread our message further".

He continues: "We hope to help the show's attendees achieve their environmental objectives by showing the possibility of combining top-quality, style and sustainable substance in a truly unique way. For us, when it comes to marrying sustainability with high-end fashion, there is no need to compromise - and the proof of that can be seen in our products."
