Five new models are making their premiere on the prestigious stage offered by the French Riviera for Ferretti Yachts, Custom Line and Riva, the Group's iconic brand which this year celebrates its 180th anniversary.

Confirmed again this year, the "Ferretti Group Private Preview" is the exclusive event where the Group gives owners an exclusive preview of the novelties to look forward to in a yachting season that looks set to be particularly interesting, all against the gorgeous backdrop of the Monaco Yacht Club.

Riva Anniversario - A fantastic tribute to the brand's 180th anniversary

Exterior Design: Officina Italiana Design
Interior Design: Officina Italiana Design

2022 is a year of celebrations for Riva. One that marks 180 years since the brand's foundation in Sarnico in 1842, 60 years since the launch of the legendary Aquarama, and 20 years that the mythical Aquariva has now been in production.

2022 represents an intriguing algorithm in which all these unique anniversaries converge in the constellation of Riva success stories: the result is called Riva Anniversario. A 33-foot open with magnetic appeal and a name that is a clear reference to the anniversary, Riva Anniversario is a tribute to milestones achieved with passion and determination, to the heritage of a Yard that writes the history and future of yachting on a daily basis. A limited edition of which only 18 units are planned, the design is a eulogy to Aquariva's classic silhouette, expressed by clean lines and balanced volumes cleverly combined with stylistic details that are intentionally reminiscent of the Aquarama's refined elegance.

Ferretti Yachts 860: the first unit hits the water
Chosen by an Italian owner, the yacht will have a starring role at Cannes after her maiden cruise in the Mediterranean

The symphony begins, and the perception is one of total harmony. The launch of the first Ferretti Yachts 860 brings the yachting world a flybridge featuring cutting-edge design solutions shown off with elegant 'Made in Italy' style. Eight months after the presentation of the project, which has a special focus on comfort, wellbeing and outstanding performance, the first unit hit the water today and will be handed over to the owner for her maiden cruise in the Mediterranean.

Ferretti Yachts 860 has been built for an Italian owner who loves her contemporary design and the versatile interiors and exteriors, all combined with a superb cruising experience. The Classic Mood version chosen translates into warm, dark colours with bold contrasts that highlight the impressive size but light touch of a yacht featuring maximum continuity between exteriors and interiors, pointed up by the opening window at starboard.

Stylistic evolution and the focus on architectural details distils the brand's design vision into features of the decor, such as the Art Deco-inspired curves and the large helical staircase linking the main deck to the lower deck, towards the interior layout's centre of gravity. The goal is to create a new harmony that establishes the ideal sophisticated atmosphere on board, in line with the brand's contemporary "Just like Home" concept that is now a synonym for comfort, Italianness, timeless design and craftsmanship.

The result of collaboration between the Strategic Product Committee led by Mr. Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, Ferretti Yachts 860 is the third yacht developed by architect Filippo Salvetti (exterior design) and Ideaeitalia (interiors).

After her maiden cruise in the Mediterranean, the yacht will be one of the stars of the Ferretti Group Private Preview in Monte Carlo and make its world debut at the Cannes Boat Show in September 2022.

Ferretti Yachts 860: a new sea-mphony The Shipyard's new project represents a step-change in the evolution of the flybridge concept, a new symphony that propels the brand into the future

Composing a melody in which the notes of each individual instrument are beautifully orchestrated, Ferretti Yachts gears up to bring a new symphony to life: Ferretti Yachts 860. The flybridge yacht created by the Cattolica-based Shipyard features cutting-edge design and technology solutions, where the stylistic and architectural elements work together in harmony right down to the tiniest detail.

This unique yacht with her eye-catching design stands out for comfort, a strong focus on well-being, outstanding performance, optimisation of space, and multiple opportunities to customise the settings, all with the elegance of Made in Italy style.

The result of collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee led by Mr. Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, Ferretti Yachts 860 is the third yacht developed by architect Filippo Salvetti (exterior design) and Ideaitalia (interiors).

The yacht's exteriors feature a number of innovations that improve on market standards in her segment. They include: the introduction of floor-to-ceiling windows and glass fashion plates, which punctuate the sleek, powerful silhouette and characterise her contours; the windows in the hull and superstructure that share the same family feeling as the brand's latest models.

The interior design is even more radical and striking, dominated by harmonious, flowing lines set off by several distinctive accents. The stand-out features are the helical staircase on the main deck, which leads down to the lower deck and around which the entire layout develops, the freestanding furniture, and the clean geometrical curves inspired by Art Deco, creating a perfect synthesis of sophisticated yet understated design.

The versatility of the interiors translates into a project that leaves the owner ample choice to design their own onboard experience. Here too, the sense of seamless continuity between interiors and exteriors is encouraged by opening windows in both hull sides. This blend of styles and trends is now a distinctive feature of the new Ferretti Yachts, taking its cue from the "Just Like Home" concept: comfort, Italianness, timeless design and craftsmanship.

Also noteworthy is the evolution of stylistic features, dominated by the rich architectural details that characterise many of the structural and interior design elements on board. Classic cabinetry alternates with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic.

Ferretti Yachts 860 will be available in Classic and Contemporary moods: the first featuring darker, warmer colours and striking contrasts, the second with paler, cooler colours, characterised by tone-on-tone shades through to total white.

The layout of the lower deck provides four cabins: the master cabin midships, the VIP cabin forward, and two doubles: one with a double bed, one with twin beds, and both with ensuite bathrooms.

The kitchen is multifunctional based on market requirements, with the semi-raised helm station forward, clearly separated from the guest area, and passenger flows are organised specifically to increase the levels of privacy of the owner and their guests, with the galley and service area separated from the lounge by sliding doors and the helm station providing direct access to the crew quarters, which contain two double cabins with private bathrooms.

On board, the brand's best-loved features are re-interpreted in an evolved form. The result is maximum continuity between indoor and outdoor settings, with the exteriors providing spaces for conviviality and relaxation that echo the interior finishings and furnishings, extending the areas for socialising and privacy on board.

The cockpit is a spacious area with a glass parapet at the stern, furnished with two facing sofas and a large central table. The beach area can be entered from either side of the yacht and provides access to the garage, which can contain two water toys, a 3.95 m tender and a two-seater jet ski, representing a valuable plus point in this segment of the market.

Other highlights include the possibility of configuring the flybridge with freestanding furniture alongside a big multi-function bar unit, the dinette area seating eight, and an optional jacuzzi on the aft deck. Absolute comfort is guaranteed by a hard top available in three different configurations: fixed glass, opening glass, or with shading blades. The foredeck features a space that can be converted from a dining area into a spacious sun pad.

Ferretti Yachts 860 will be equipped with twin MAN V12 engines rated 2,000 mph, giving her a cruising speed of 27 knots and a top speed of 32 knots (preliminary data). Also available is a version with two MAN V12 engines rated 1,800 mhp, for a cruising speed of 24 knots and a top speed of 28 knots (preliminary data).

Seakeeper stabilizer or Zero Speed hydraulic fin systems can be installed on request according to individual navigating and mooring needs.

Custom Line 140': the dream boat really does exist
The new flagship combines design and comfort in spaces never seen before with excellent performance and superior technology.

Custom Line inspires lovers of stylish cruising and absolute comfort to dream big with the new Custom Line 140' superyacht project. At 42.15 metres in length overall and with a maximum beam of 8.57 metres, this new yacht is set to become the brand's flagship: a superb work of 'Made in Italy' ingenuity and savoir-faire that is ready to generate endless emotions.

Created in partnership with the Product Strategy Committee led by Mr. Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, she is the third Custom Line yacht with exterior and interior styling by Francesco Paszkowski Design and interiors in collaboration with Margherita Casprini and the Custom Line Atelier.

There are many new features on this masterpiece of naval design inspired by residential architecture, to which it adds in-depth research to enhance the shapes and volumes involved.

First there is the high speed displacement hull, which enables the yacht to reach a top speed of 21.5 knots (preliminary data) and represents real added value when we remember the yacht's volumes and displacement. With a gross tonnage of just under 400 tonnes, Custom Line 140' will be the largest yacht ever built by the brand, using innovative lightweighting technology and hybrid materials to maintain high performance, maximum strength and impeccable safety.

Exterior design

The project has a profoundly sporty aesthetic, as well as offering the highest standards of comfort for owner and guests. The sleek, powerful contours share the same family feeling as the brand's other planing yachts, with taught lines sweeping from bow to stern in an exciting alternation of materials and colours represented by light-coloured structural surfaces and dark plate glass.

The hull windows are generously sized, while the floor-to-ceiling glazing on deck offers direct contact with the water, emphasised by the open stern rails.

Another important detail is the painted aluminium handrail with Y-shaped uprights, an elegant and functional design feature in perfect Paszkowski style.

Main characteristics and interior design

The layout features three decks for comfort, with guest and service areas clearly separated and social settings flowing seamlessly across exterior and interior spaces.

Emphasising this design approach, a stairway on the port hull side directly connects the internal service areas from the main deck to the sun deck via the upper deck.

Aft, the water's edge beach area is designed to offer guests a special setting for leisure activities and socialising. Completely free of technical features, this area can be furnished as desired by the owner for maximum comfort. Tender launch and recovery operations take place on the port hull side.

The main deck, with a spacious 30-square-metre lounge, is home to the beautiful wide body owner's cabin, also offering over 30 square metres of space. It is fitted with a double walk-in wardrobe and a full-beam bathroom with twin sinks and both bath and shower. In the optional version, a panoramic terrace swings open to provide the owner with a private area in direct contact with the sea.

The upper deck, as well as offering a sky lounge with forward-to-aft glazing and both exterior and interior spaces, also contains the 18-square-metre bridge with an integrated Teamitalia dashboard.

The chart area in this setting is reminiscent of those on passenger and cargo ships.

Introducing an innovative concept, the upper deck is connected directly to the forward area by side corridors, with access also from the bridge. The result of this design approach is a single, spacious deck.

On the lower deck are four more cabins: three VIP and a guest with twin beds. The crew area forward accommodates seven people in three double cabins, each with its own bathroom. The captain's cabin is on the upper deck.

The sun deck on Custom Line 140' is a panoramic deck to enjoy in total privacy. Containing a relaxation area with a hydro massage tub and freestanding furniture, it can be sheltered from the sun by a bimini top.

The bow area is to all intents and purposes an outdoor lounge, preceded by a service corridor for the crew. As is traditional on Custom Line yachts, another garage forward can be used to stow a tender or jet ski.

The interiors are designed to the highest standards of quality and attention to detail, in line with Custom Line's tailor-made approach and the great skill and expertise of the Custom Line Atelier, the production team and all the highly specialised craftsmen involved in the production process.

Propulsion and technology

The Custom Line 140' superyacht will be fitted with a pair of MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines rated 2,638mhp.

As part of the effort to maximise cruising comfort, the various settings on the yacht will all enjoy peerless acoustic comfort and privacy, based on a detailed mathematical analysis of each individual noise source and its position in the boat. The solutions used include floating systems, special materials and additional insulation between bulkheads and in ceilings. There will be a special focus on privacy and on separating the guest area from the crew quarters and technical areas, with sealed passageways making it easier to block out disturbances. Other contributions to acoustic comfort are the installation of silenced engine exhaust systems and machinery supports designed specifically to absorb vibrations.

Finally, the best-of-breed air conditioning system will be aligned with best practices and meet the highest possible standards.

Custom Line 140', like all latest generation Custom Line yachts, will be certified according to IMO TIER III standards (International Maritime Organization) that ensure environmental protection in the shipbuilding industry by reducing toxic emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in exhaust fumes, confirming that Ferretti Group's industrial strategy has a strong focus on environmental friendliness and sustainable development.

The yacht also meets the requirements of international MCA certification for chartering purposes.

Riva 102' Corsaro Super: new spaces to enjoy in comfort and conviviality
Launched in La Spezia, the new flybridge yacht has redesigned exteriors and interiors and an enlarged beach club in the stern, for an outstanding cruising experience.

In the brand's 180th anniversary year, Riva confirms its extraordinary creative vitality and incomparable style by launching the new 102' Corsaro Super, a dazzlingly beautiful flybridge yacht with a completely rethought design and spaces to enjoy in comfort and conviviality.

Entering the water in La Spezia, at the Shipyard where models in the 76 to 130-foot range are built, the new yacht is the magnificent successor to the 100' Corsaro, one of the most popular best sellers in recent years.

With peerless originality and class, the new Corsaro Super has even more impressive dimensions: 102 feet of majesty and new style accents that breathe life into an unprecedented masterpiece of yacht design, ready to leave a glorious mark in the history of the flybridge range.

The new features of the Corsaro Super are once again the work of Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, founders of Officina Italiana Design, working in partnership with the Strategic Product Committee led by Mr. Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department.

The many new features include the design of the superstructure and the hull, which have both been completely renewed based on a contemporary sport concept that sees direct contact with the water as the supreme pleasure of going to sea. The new Riva 102' Corsaro Super is over 30 metres in length overall and has a beam of almost 7 metres. Her distinctive silhouette reaches out like an arrowhead, giving the yacht a sleek and assertive profile. Aft, new glass fashion plates improve the vessel's aerodynamics.

New dimensions and optimised spaces revolutionise how time is spent on board. Functionality, maximum liveability and ever more direct contact with the water are the guiding principles behind all the new features, such as the option to install special gunwales that swing out on either side of the main deck to create exclusive terraces with a panoramic view, increasing the volume of the external walkways without affecting the vessel's elegant profile.

With three decks and five cabins for 10 guests, the promise of the new Corsaro Super is to dominate the sea, not only from almost 100 square metres of liveable open-air spaces, but also from the interiors, thanks to over 140 square metres of magnificent glazing and glass surfaces that reduce the barriers to visual contact with the natural world around the yacht. In more detail, the glazing in the owner suite has been redesigned and extended to two metres in length, amplifying the sense of space that is a distinctive feature of the widebody configuration and offering a breathtaking view on both sides of the yacht.

One of the highlights of the new superyacht, responding to growing demand from owners, is the complete redesign of the stern area on the main deck. This entire space will be configured as an extended 35-square-metre beach club dedicated to conviviality and comfort.

The interior design also features some major innovations. In the main living area, two different layouts are available for the owner to choose from. The first has a focus on the dining space, with a table seating eight in the stern area, while the lounge is central and maintains visual contact with the outside world through extensive windows that open onto the lateral walkways. In the second layout, the lounge and large sofas are in the area first encountered on entering the saloon, while the dining space is central.

The interior decor juxtaposes original textures that express the yacht's unmistakable personality and appeal. The dominant wood is Canaletto walnut. Its warm tones are set off by the innovative pairing with satin effect titanium ceilings or, alternatively, by the introduction of glass surfaces and cool colours.

At the owner's request, the new Riva 102' Corsaro Super can be fitted with the standard pair of MTU 16V 2000 M96 engines, rated 2,435 mhp each for a top speed of 26 knots, or a pair of MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines rated 2,638 mhp, driving the yacht to a top speed of over 28 knots (preliminary data).

The first unit will make its official debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2022.
