This past week, several Dutch and British teams sailed in the popular North Sea Week. The event is comprised of two Offshore races- the North Sea Race and the Vuerrschepen Race- and three days of Inshore Races over seven days.

In the first portion of the event, the Offshores, J/Teams ended up dominating the ORC Division as well as posting podium finishes in the IRC Division scoring. Here is how it all went down between the two races and how they fare overall in the Offshores combined scoring.

North Sea Race- 181.0nm:

The race starts off Scheveningen, The Netherlands, and heads north to a turning mark off Germany, the fleet turns left and heads across the English Channel to a buoy off the southeastern United Kingdom, then down to the finish off Harwich Port.
