Kingston, ON, will play host to approximately 100 sailors, July 26-29, as they will be taking part in the Club 420 competition of Sail Canada's 2021 Youth Championships.

Held by CORK simultaneously with the CORK International Regatta, this event will welcome 50 teams coming from Ontario and Quebec. It will be the first one hosted by CORK since September 2019 due to the pandemic.

Sail Canada Youth Championships usually includes the i420, Club 420, ILCA 4 (Laser 4.7), ILCA 6 (Laser Radial) and 29er classes at one event. But this year, due to Covid restrictions and precautions to be followed, the competition will take place as a series of smaller events.

Here is the schedule of the different Sail Canada Youth Championships events to be held in the upcoming weeks in Kingston:

July 26-29: Club 420
August 9-12: ILCA 4 (Laser 4.7) and ILCA 6 (Laser Radial)
August 18-22: 29er

Races for the Youth Championships in the Club 420 classes started Monday, July 26, and will continue until Thursday, July 29, inclusively.
