OK class at Kieler Woche 2020 - First Day

Mads Bendix, from Denmark, has taken the early lead in Kieler Woche with a 1,1,2 scoreline after the opening day on Thursday.
Three time world champion, Andre Budzien, from Germany, won the final race of the day to sit in second while double European champion, Bo Petersen, from Denmark is third.
A highly competitive fleet of 38 OK Dinghies is taking part is a scaled back Kieler Woche, and after a cold and very wet change over day on Wednesday, Thursday was dry, warm and with plenty of wind.
While very shifty, the north-westerly was generally 10-12 knots giving some great racing through the fleet.
